Cowboys of Soul

Musicians and singers from the world of blues, rhythm and blues, rock'n roll, soul, country and folk
provide the inspiration for these highly individual paintings by Gerrard Lindley. He uses a variety
of media including acrylics, batik and collage techniques using found objects and drawing.
Gerrard produces these images from his studio in North Devon.

Current Work

This continuing range of work started out, in early 2006 - as a self-indulgent idea for a one man show. It is now a creative enterprise aimed at individuals and businesses requiring hand painted images of any musical artist from any specific era.

Exhibition

The 'Cowboys of Soul' exhibition will run from Sat 26th May until Sun 3rd June at 17 Bude Street and will be open during the Appledore Arts Festival. All work is for sale and new commissions are welcome.
